The In Case of Emergency (ICE) Plus app offered by LifeBridge Health puts your emergency contact information right on your phone’s lock screen, making it easy for first responders to find in an emergency.
The ICE Plus app creates a personalized banner listing your emergency contact’s name and phone number. The banner displays on your phone’s lock screen so that authorities will know just who to contact on your behalf in the event of an emergency.
The app is also customizable to include the following medical information in a secure platform:
Your name and contact information
Any medical conditions
Medication allergies
Current medications prescribed
Blood type and organ donor status
The ICE Plus app also includes a mapped list of more than 500 LifeBridge Health community physicians and 20 ExpressCare Urgent Care Center locations.
